Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to GetMoreArches.com and to every other GetMore site listed in our Privacy Policy (together, the "Sites"), all operated by Team Butler, LLC ("Team Butler," "we," "us"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. What the Sites offer

The Sites describe The Authority System, a monthly program in which we turn a recorded interview with you into articles, press releases, local pages and other Authority and Trust Signals, published under your company's name once you approve them and intended to improve how Ai assistants and search engines describe and recommend your business. The Sites also offer a free Authority Ai Scan^™, which produces an Authority Ai Report^™ and, once scoring for an industry is finalized, an Authority Ai Score^™.

• We do not buy, scrape, sell or resell leads, and we do not charge per lead or take a share of your sales. Each ZIP code is a flat monthly rate.
• Team Butler is a marketing company. We do not give medical, dental, legal, financial, engineering, construction or other professional advice, and nothing on the Sites is a referral to, or an endorsement of, any business.
• Team Butler is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Apple, Anthropic, Perplexity or any other company whose products are named on the Sites.
• Rankings, mentions, recommendations, calls, customers and other results depend on things we do not control, including Ai assistants and search engines that change without notice. Sample reports and examples on the Sites are illustrations, not promises of results.

2. Licensed and regulated businesses

Each client is responsible for following the laws, licensing rules and advertising rules that apply to its business, for example the rules of state dental and medical boards, rules for cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, contractor licensing and advertising rules, and consumer protection and advertising laws such as those enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. We submit every piece to the client for review and approval before it is published: nothing is published under a client's name until the client approves it. We do not give legal or regulatory advice, and a client's approval confirms that the content complies with the rules that apply to it.

3. Purchases are made by phone or in person

Nothing is sold on the Sites, and the Sites have no checkout. To claim a ZIP code or to buy services, you speak with our team by phone at 1-800-Ai-Views (1-800-248-4397) or in person. Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement between Team Butler and the client (the "Client Services Agreement"). If these Terms and a signed Client Services Agreement conflict, the Client Services Agreement controls for the services it covers, including the term, fees, cancellation, the guarantee, exclusivity and territory. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never entered on or stored by the Sites.

4. Prices shown on the Sites

The Sites show our standard prices: $3,250 a month per ZIP code at standard speed, which is 8 articles, 1 press release and 2 local pages a month per ZIP code; $6,500 a month per ZIP code at double speed; and $13,000 a month per ZIP code at quadruple speed. It is one flat rate for each ZIP code you claim, with no per-lead fees. A one-time setup fee is quoted on the call when you claim your first ZIP code. The same prices apply on every GetMore site and in every industry. Taxes are extra where they apply. Published prices may change for new agreements, and the prices in your signed Client Services Agreement are the ones that apply to you.

5. Guarantee and territory

On GetMoreArches.com, the guarantee is stated in new signed case(s) from tracked calls, forms or chat in your claimed ZIP codes. This is the guarantee as published on GetMoreArches.com:

First 90 days: your Authority Ai Score goes up, measurably, or cancel with no penalty. After that, if any billing month ends without new signed case(s) from tracked calls, forms or chat in your claimed ZIP codes, let us know within 15 days. We will pause monthly billing while we keep working, and your territory stays locked in with your practice. If you're still not signing new cases, we'll talk and decide together whether continuing makes sense. Full qualification, reporting, and attribution terms are in your agreement.

One-year agreement. Cancel anytime in your first 90 days with no penalty.

Until scoring for your industry is finalized, the Authority Ai Score is not measured, and the first-90-days promise is the right in the agreement line above: you may cancel in your first 90 days with no penalty.

The signed Client Services Agreement contains the full qualification, reporting and attribution terms of the guarantee, and you can read it before you sign. Each GetMore site states the guarantee in the result that fits its own industry.

Territory. The exclusivity you receive is the one stated on the GetMore site you signed up through, as that site stated it when you signed, and in your signed Client Services Agreement. For each ZIP code you hold, the site you signed up through is the GetMore site your signed Client Services Agreement names for that ZIP code. This is how GetMoreArches.com states it on its homepage:

One practice per ZIP. No exceptions.

When you claim a ZIP code, it's locked in for your practice. We don't write for, optimize for, or represent another implant practice in that ZIP code for as long as you have it. Your competitors can't buy their way in.

But that goes both ways. If your ZIP is already claimed by another practice, we can't work with you there until it opens.

We work on an exclusive basis. One implant practice per ZIP code, reserved for you for as long as you hold it.

While you hold a ZIP code, we will not take on another client, whether through a GetMore site or otherwise, if doing so would break the promise stated on the site you signed up through. Nothing in these Terms narrows that promise. A ZIP code shown as open on the Sites or in a report is not reserved; a territory is held only under a signed Client Services Agreement.

6. Free tools and reports

The Authority Ai Scan, the Authority Ai Report, the Authority Ai Score and any other free tool on the Sites are provided "as is," for information only.

• They are point-in-time results produced by automated systems and third-party Ai services, including ChatGPT. Answers are quoted word for word. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they change over time. We do not verify or endorse what Ai assistants say about any business.
• A report may show an item as "not measured," for example the Authority Ai Score while scoring for an industry is being finalized.
• Anyone may run a scan of any business's public website. A report describes what Ai assistants said in public answers. You may not present a report, or any part of it, as an endorsement by Team Butler, by GetMore or by any business named in it.
• Each report has its own web address, and anyone with the address can open it. You may share a report by its link, and you may quote excerpts from it if you say where they come from and do not change their meaning.
• We may decline, limit, pause or discard any request, for example through security checks, rate limits, spending limits and temporary pauses.
• Scans and reports are not a guarantee of current or future rankings, recommendations or business results.

7. Client accounts

Our team creates accounts for clients. You activate an account with a one-time code we give you by phone or in person, and you choose a password. An account works only on the site where it was created and shows only your own business's reports on that site. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you may not transfer it to anyone else. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it. We may suspend or end access, for example when an agreement ends.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use bots, scripts or other automated means to run scans, check ZIP codes or collect content from the Sites;
• get around a security check, rate limit, spending limit or access control;
• submit false information, or information you have no right to submit;
• use the Sites or reports to harass, defame or harm any business or person, or present a report in a misleading way;
• damage, disable, overload or interfere with the Sites or anyone else's use of them; or
• copy, resell, modify or reverse engineer the Sites, the scan or the reports, except as these Terms allow.

9. Third-party services and links

The Sites rely on third-party services, including Cloudflare, OpenAI and, for clients, other Ai providers, and reports link to sources and businesses chosen by Ai assistants. We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Intellectual property

The Sites and their content, including text, graphics, logos, page designs and software, belong to Team Butler, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Copyright 2026 Team Butler, LLC. All Rights Reserved. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Sites as these Terms allow, including to share and quote reports as section 6 describes and to print or save your own report for your business.

Names of other companies and their products, such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Google, Siri, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Originality.ai, belong to their owners and are used only to describe those products. ZIP code data come from the US Census Bureau Gazetteer and from GeoNames; the GeoNames data, which give each ZIP code's city and state, are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license.

11. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our services, without any obligation or payment to you.

12. Electronic communications

When you use the Sites or email us, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. This section is not consent to marketing email or text messages; our Privacy Policy describes those.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information through the Sites.

14. Eligibility

The Sites are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. To enter an agreement with us, you must be at least 18 years old and able to bind your business to it.

15. Use outside the United States

Team Butler operates the Sites from the United States, for businesses in the United States. If you use the Sites from another country, you are responsible for following the laws that apply there.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Team Butler, LLC and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and costs, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party and arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Sites or of a report, or your violation of anyone else's rights, except to the extent a claim arises from Team Butler's own acts.

17. Disclaimer

The Sites and everything available through them, including the free tools and reports, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. They may contain inaccuracies or errors, including in answers produced by third-party Ai services. To the fullest extent the law allows, Team Butler, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. This section does not limit the guarantee, the territory promise in section 5 or any other promise in a signed Client Services Agreement.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Team Butler, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of or connected with your use of the Sites or the free tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and its total liability for any claim about the Sites or the free tools will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Sites, your sole remedy is to stop using them. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as to fraud or willful misconduct. These limits do not apply to the guarantee or to the territory promise in section 5; a signed Client Services Agreement governs liability for the services it covers.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites, other than a dispute governed by a signed Client Services Agreement, will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and Team Butler agree to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. If you have a concern, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

20. Termination and other terms

Team Butler may end or limit your access to the Sites, or to any part of them, at any time. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that is not a waiver of it. These Terms and any signed Client Services Agreement are the entire agreement between you and Team Butler about the Sites.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page and replaces earlier versions. If you keep using the Sites after a change takes effect, the changed Terms apply to that later use; a change does not apply to a dispute that arose before it.
